With trainings designed to increase your stamina and endurance, you start to get in your best physical shape within 4 weeks.
By following controlled practices in a proven posture sequence, we'll help you feel relaxed, calm and release the internal stress, tension and emotional pain.
With our kickboxing training and practical practice sessions you'll develop high self esteem and self confidence so that you can defend yourself and your loved ones whenever needed.
All our sessions are done in groups and you get to practice with real people rather than machines. As a result, most of our members end up with life long friendships which they all cherish and enjoy.
If after trying a few sessions you feel inclined to go further, we'll help you train and win professional competitions.
We have dedicated batches for kids to help them learn self defence and regulate their emotions so that you can be assured they know how to protect themselves and have positive emotional cycles to live a happy and healthy life.

Once a week, we conduct sparring sessions to help you practice moves with other people training like you to help you get real feedback. Such feedback is what actively helps you become better and confident in self defence in real situations, unlike just practicing boxing on a punch bag which offers no feedback. And all these sessions are conducted under the supervision of your trainer, with proper guidance of body forms to ensure your safety. If you still feel uncomfortable, you are always free to continue with other practice elements that you enjoy.
We have designed our sessions so that you make progress by just investing 3 hours a week (1 hour for 3 days). And with your trainer, you can pick and choose the 3 days that are comfortable to you for training.
Our training is designed to help you build up your stamina and energy levels. Once a week, we do a dedicated HIIT session to work specifically on your stamina and endurance so that you train effectively and start to get back in shape.
Kick boxing is suitable for everyone. We have kids of 6 years to people in their 50s. But it's especially for you if you:
